Our Mission at Railroad Street Artworks is to provide a welcoming, supportive, and safe place where the Artists, Art Lovers, and the Art Curious among us can Learn, Collaborate, Create, and Inspire.
In support of that Mission, our educational programming is designed to help our vibrant community of Creatives increase - both their skills and confidence - as they pursue their artistic aspirations; modest or grand.
Railroad Street provides and promotes educational opportunities across three aspects of artistic instruction - Skills, Foundations, and Insights.
Our Instructional Programming is structured to help guide the Art Curious toward becoming Art Lovers; and transform Art Lovers into the confident Artists we know they can be.
Our classes seek to meet the needs of artists and creatives at many levels.
We offer skill classes that are medium specific, and classes that cover foundational artistic principles. There will be artist insight classes to assist with the business end of art. Please see the “Tracks of Programming” information at the bottom of this page.
Railroad Street Artworks announces fun, one-session “Quick Create” classes These sessions have been designed as easily accessible artistic experiences for creatives of all skill levels.
You’ll often find a Reiki session or Sound Journey experience listed as well.
